How long will it take for my order to ship after placing it?

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary. During normal operating times, the USPS typically delivers packages within 2-7 business days. This timeframe could increase during the busy holiday season.

Do you issue refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, we don't accept any returns/refunds. Also, we are not responsible for any products that melt during transit. Please refer to our shipping policy to see how to solidify melted products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at and we will be happy to assist you.

How come my order looks different than pictured?

All of our products are handmade. Therefore, please expect each item to have a different/unique color pattern and/or shade than pictured.

Is my body butter prone to melt during transit?

Please know that whipped body butters and foaming scrubs are very delicate stand the chance of melting when exposed to warm temperatures. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds on melted products. Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or on porches during warmer weather. If possible, have your package delivered to an address where you'll be available for delivery. If your product has spilled or liquified during the shipment process, please email us and attach pictures so we can assist you.

Can you make me a custom item?

Do your products contain any allergens?

Our products may contain nuts. Discontinue use if irritation or any form of discomfort arises. If this is your first time using this product, we recommend that you perform an allergy test before use. This can simply be done by applying a small amount to your forearm and waiting for 24 hours to see if any irritation occurs.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation. After the 24 hour cancellation period has ended, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please email us at in the event you need to request an order cancellation.
